Requirements
- Your own Tenchu Z (USA, Europe) for Xbox 360 as a disc image (.iso). First start also needs Python 3.11+ and Visual Studio 2022 Build Tools (C++ with Clang)
Installation
- Install Python 3.11 or newer and tick Add python.exe to PATH.
- Install Visual Studio 2022 Build Tools with Desktop development with C++ and C++ Clang tools for Windows.
- Make sure the game folder is somewhere you can write to, not Program Files.
- Run TenchuZ.exe and pick your Tenchu Z (USA, Europe) disc image (.iso) when asked.
- Confirm the compile; it takes about 2 minutes on an 8-core PC, then the game starts.

About this game
Tenchu Z is an action-adventure stealth video game. It is different from previous games in the series in that the player creates their own ninja characters, then builds up their skills as they play through the game rather than choosing from a small selection of pre-made characters, as they take orders from the series' previous main male character, Rikimaru.
